😌 Stay indoors and prepare for the car to pick you up.

Drivers may take longer than expected to arrive, so it's wise to wait inside until the app indicates their arrival. Avoid standing outside alone.

🤔 Check names before entering car.

To prevent entering the incorrect vehicle, verify your name with the driver before boarding. The driver's first name will appear in the app, and they will receive yours as well. Additionally, compare the license plate, car model, and driver photo to what is shown in your app. This two-fold process guarantees that you will not enter the wrong car.

😜 Always sit in the back seat.

To ensure you can exit the car on either side and avoid traffic, sit in the back seat whenever possible. Wearing a seat belt is still necessary even when sitting in the back seat, and it also provides personal space for both you and the driver.

🗣 Share ride info with loved ones.

During your ride, it's important to inform loved ones of your whereabouts and estimated arrival time for added safety. To do this, simply tap "Share trip status" while on the trip. This will notify them of your location, ETA, and even provide details of the driver such as their name, photo, and license plate number.
