Kill the zombies

Use your plants like peashooters, wall-nuts, cherry bombs, and more to defeat the zombies before they break through your door and eat your brain!

More than 50 levels

Conquer all 50 levels of Adventure mode across day, night, and fog. Battle zombies in the garden, swimming pool, or on the roof. And for a non-stop challenge, try to survive wave after wave of zombies in Survival mode!

All kinds of zombies

There are about 30 types of zombies with unique abilities listed in the almanac. Zombies will jump, run, swim, dance - anything to get to your brain!

Earn coins

Mini-games not only offer bonuses but also earn coins that can be used to purchase new plants and tools! So take advantage of them!

Tips

💡 Plant two rows of sunflowers to aid other plants.

Sunflowers are critical to this game because they provide power essential for protecting the "brain." Plant two rows of sunflowers at the back of your lawn at the start of each level where they will be safe. Once zombies arrive on screen, plant pea shooters to eliminate them but don't plant too many until you've finished planting those two rows of sunflowers.

🧐 Analyze the zombies approaching before commencing the level.

Checking what kinds of zombies are coming is important so that you can choose the right plants to defeat them. Swipe right on the screen to see incoming zombie types.

😉 Refer to the almanac for strategies on defeating zombies.

The almanac is a useful tool for defeating particular zombie types. When you encounter a new type of zombie it is added to the almanac where you can learn its toughness, speed, special abilities and weaknesses. So consult it before deciding which plants to use against incoming zombies.

💰 Participate in the mini-game for additional currency.

The mini-game "Last Stand" offers players quick cash without much effort as gold magnets collect coins for you. Just place plants and let magnets do their job while enjoying an easy win.
