Carnival HUB allows you to purchase and book meals, wifi, spa, luggage handling, car rental, and more in advance at the hotel. It also speeds up online check-in to save time.
Once you arrive at the hotel, all you have to do is enjoy yourself.

All your booked services and excursions will be organized on your "My Day" page. Get push notifications before reservations start so you don't miss them.

Use Carnival HUB to order food by scanning QR codes at restaurants or scenic spots. Enjoy meal delivery service by the pool as well.

Can minors use Chat?
Guests 12 years and under need parental consent in the app to activate onboard chat for safety reasons.
Do I need Internet access to use the app?
No internet purchase needed. App works in Airplane Mode without roaming fees using ship's Wi-Fi.
